We are developing a software platform for modeling and predicting the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of nanoparticle therapeutics. Our software use compartmental PK models and has the capability to perform simultaneous fitting between multiple compartments, experiments and/or subjects to reduce the overall variance and uncertainty in the model parameters. We can track/fit the drug/nanoparticle complex as well as the free drug and dfree nanoparticle levels which provides significant flexibility in model development.
We are always adding to the capabilities of NanoPK and are currently exploring physiological PK models as well as different pharmacodynamics modules.
