NanoPK is a software package for solving pharmacokinetic models of nanoparticle-based therapeutics and/or imaging agents. Specific features of the software include:
- Treatment of 1, 2, or 3 compartment pharmacokinetic models
- Ability to handle nanoparticle-drug dissociation and model each entity
- Simultaneous fitting across multiple data sets, compartments, individuals, etc.
- Extensive search methods including genetic algorithms and particle swarm methods
